This article listed above discusses the Death Penalty issues within the state of California. This article explains the history of the Death Penalty in California, the issues within the system of the death penalty, the factors that lead to a decision of execution of a criminal or not, and etc. The article also discusses which crimes can lead to an "OK" of the death penalty to the criminal, whether or not the criminal is innocent and if they can be proven innocent, and the ability to be able to challenge a death sentence under the system.

This article discusses and explains the history of the Death Penalty in California, and the important dates of events that took place that has shaped the Death Penalty into how the system operates to this day. This history spans from the beginning of the Death penalty system in 1891 to a semi-recent, updated version of the system, stating the only execution in 2006 of Clarence Ray Allen.

This article pertains to the state of California beginning the process of attempting to ban and abolish the Death Penalty. This measure that is being attempted to "pass" is also known, or dubbed, as the SAFE California Act (Savings, Accountability, and Full Enforcement for California Act).
